Your plans stay in this browser, on this device. They are not uploaded anywhere unless you choose Sign in with Google.

If you sign in, Google asks you to let Open Floor Plan see and change only the files it creates. Those files stay in a folder named Open Floor Plan. It cannot open the rest of your Drive.

There is no server, no account database, and no tracking or analytics.

Sign out from the plans list (the plan name menu). To remove Open Floor Plan from your Google account, open Google account permissions and remove access.
